In Memory of Dr. Jon Mozaffari

Dr. Jon Mozaffari has been a cherished part of Greater Falls Dentistry’s story and a trusted, familiar face in the Bellows Falls community for many years.

After graduating from Columbia University School of Dentistry, Dr. Mozaffari began practicing in 2001. He and his wife, Dr. Catherine Santiago, first practiced together in Manhattan before making Vermont their home and purchasing Greater Falls Dentistry in 2008.

Throughout his 18 years with this practice, Dr. Mozaffari cared for patients with warmth, skill, and genuine dedication. His expertise and knowledge helped improve many lives, and many patients became friends along the way. We are deeply grateful for the lasting impact he made on Greater Falls Dentistry and on the community, we are proud to serve.
