Restorative Dentistry Done Right
Implants
Dental implants are the closest you can get to natural, healthy teeth. They are fake teeth that are placed in your mouth to secure dentures, provide support for a bridge or other false teeth. Because the teeth are mounted, dentures or bridges won’t slip or shift in your mouth.
Dentures
When you’re told that you have multiple teeth to replace, odds are that dentures are the first option that come to mind. If you get full dentures to replace an entire arch of teeth, they’ll rest on your gums; on the other hand, if you need a partial denture to fill just a few gaps, a clasp will be used to keep it in place. Either way, you’ll need to take your denture out to clean it after meals and in the evenings.
Crowns
Dental crowns are caps placed on top of damaged teeth. Crowns are used to protect, cover and restore the shape of your teeth when fillings aren’t enough. If you need dental crowning and wish to consult an expert, then book an appoint with us today.
Bridges
A dental bridge is used if you have one or more missing teeth. A single bridge is made of two crowns with a number of false teeth between them. To place it, first we need to file some enamel from the teeth on either end of the gap. This creates enough room to place the crowns over the teeth so that the rest of the false teeth can be used to fill in the gap.
